Responsibilities
- Lead all marketing efforts including growth marketing, partnerships, product marketing, content, social media, data analytics, branding, PR and communications
- Lead growth marketing strategy, acquisition, retention and engagement
- Structure and launch new programs, events, campaigns, and initiatives focused on growth marketing and branding
- Work closely with the product team to identify and prioritize features and initiatives that can be leveraged for marketing purposes
- Develop and manage partnerships with other Web3 projects and influencers to expand our reach and drive user adoption
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and make data-driven decisions about how to optimize our marketing efforts
- Develop quarterly OKRs and KPIs for the Marketing team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Web3 space, including new technologies, user behaviors, and marketing strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a tech or startup environment
- Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and the technologies that power it, including blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed decisions about marketing strategy and tactics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business development teams
- Experience managing partnerships with other Web3 projects and influencers is a plus
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing techniques and platforms
- Native English
