#### Team

Fifteen percent of tokens are distributed to the Bolide project team. The distribution will be equally divided over 16 quarters (4 years in total).

#### Company/Launch

Two thirds of the company’s tokens will be distributed for the project launch, in order to achieve the initial liquidity. The rest part of tokens are allocated for the same purpose and will be vested during the next 10 quarters.

#### Investors

Forty percent of total token-emission is distributed over several investment rounds.

#### Marketing

During the early stages of the project, particularly around launch-time, the marketing and incentive-pull budgets will be higher. However, they are expected to reduce over time, post-launch.

#### Incentives (7,5%)

Incentives are distributed in blocks as described below:

1. Boosting Strategies. To increase the income of the Strategies, part of the funds will be directed towards boosting.
2. $BLID Deposit. To increase our clients’ profit by the $BLID deposit feature, we will use an extra budget.
3. Farming $BLID /BNB. Clients will be able to create pairs of tokens and earn additional profit.

Bolide launches with the boosting strategies, all others will be in the future stages.

#### Treasury

Twenty percent of all tokens are reserved for future needs.
