Business Development Manager
We’re looking for a full-time, ambitious, and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for external contractors/lawyers/partners
  • Participate in business development meetings with potential clients/lawyers etc
  • Work closely with the business owner on a business growth strategy
  • Acquire, develop, and maintain relationships with institutional clients (Web3 partners, Defi etc)
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Analyze markets and synthesize recommendations into actionable partnerships plans
  • Conduct researches
  • Assist with opening new companies (gathering requirements, searching for legal and tax restrictions etc)
  • Assist with daily operational activities
  • Work closely with Marketing team and Operations team to take qualified leads and convert them to discovery calls
  • Coordinate internal staff to ensure the right individuals are present to support a client conversation
  • Track and report on individual progress to monthly and quarterly goals
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or Operations Manager in Web 3 space
  • Knowledge and passion for the crypto/blockchain industry
  • Ability to understand market trends, financial data and customer needs
  • Ability to hit individual goals while staying invested in the team’s larger revenue success
  • Self-driven, results-focused individual who can work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Collaborative spirit and results-oriented
  • Adaptable to changing startup environment
  • Native/Fluent English
